杨孟辉

中国人民大学信息资源管理学院教授

杨孟辉，男，计算机科学与技术专业博士，现为中国人民大学信息资源管理学院教授，博士生导师。

学历

2005年毕业于北京邮电大学计算机应用技术专业。

2005年至2007年在清华大学计算机系从事博士后研究。

2007年至2009年在中科院计算机网络信息中心工作，副研究员。2

2009年至今在中国人民大学工作，副教授，教授。

2010年至2011年赴日本东京大学生产技术研究所进行访问研究，

2012年至2013年英国Bradford大学计算机信息与媒体学院访问学者。

研究兴趣

移动智能网系统，Parlay API，CORBA，数字电视地面传输系统，.CN域名解析，电子文件管理，互联网挖掘，开放数据，大数据政府治理，信息计量分析等方面的研究工作。

荣誉

出版专著2部，授权专利1项，在国际学术期刊国内重要学报以及国际会议发表SCI/EI/ISTP检索论文50余篇。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目，中国博士后科学基金面上项目，中国人民大学基础研究基金等项目。参与国家863重点项目，863面上项目，国家社科基金重点项目等十余项课题。曾获中国通信学会科学技术奖一等奖，参与的移动智能网技术获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。

主要研究项目

主持国家自然科学基金联合基金项目（子课题）：《基于大数据的政府治理综合示范应用》（2018-2021），经费120万招收博士后1名： Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Joint Fund Project: “Comprehensive Research and Application on Government Governance based on Big Data”

This project focuses on the theoretical basis and mechanism construction. The project aims to analyse and interpret content for defining government governance within the context of big data. This project will also deconstruct the content of national governance and the objectives of government governance mechanism, based on the initiative from 18th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China. It aims to improve the value system and redesign the system of big data government governance, as well as to explore the development and strategy of government governance system in the context of big data.

Requirements for post-doc: support in the research design and data collection, good data analysis skills, experience of writing and publishing journal papers.
